Family characteristics seem to lean on the &quot;heavy side&quot; for me, but you have a better than average chance to go the other way.  DAD has not had much of a problem until the meds kicked in, but he is doing great now with his weight.

Our mates can be good partners; however, this doesn&#039;t always work out...so seeking a friend to encourage you and become accountable to can be a real key to spurring you on to success.
