I have to admit, I often make a big batch of pancakes and then simply reheat them for the littles throughout the week. I am a toast and juice person myself and DH doesn't eat breakfast so it makes (a few) breakfasts during the week pretty simple and mess-free!

Valorie,

Thanks for sharing! Sounds delicious...and would cost much less than eating out at McDonalds with their sausage & egg biscuits.

I tried the Peanut Butter Oatmeal bake this morning and my boys loved it. Tasted almost like an oatmeal cookie bar, but a little less sweet...which is the way I like it. No need for lots of sugar in the mornings.

Try making your own sausage, egg & cheese biscuits. My son loves these!

1 can Pillsbury Refrigerated (layer) biscuits. (for those less skilled in the kitchen you have to bake the biscuits before assembling.)
fully cooked sausage rounds (Walmart bag of approx. 30 for $5)These can be found in the freezer section. Heat according to directions. Add an egg cooked however you like and top with your favorite cheese. Enjoy!
