Beans are so healthy.  We&#039;re vegetarian and use them for just about everything, including wonderful &quot;meat&quot; patties and burgers.  And they are frugal ... a package of beans goes a long ways.

Here&#039;s another plus for eating plant-based foods ... they are better for the environment.  So ... healthy for us and the earth!  Brilliant!</description>

		<description>Great recipe! I just found out I am pregnant so I will not be dieting-but unlike most diets the Superfood diet is a diet for life!  So I will defidently be trying out this recipe as beans are very good anytime but especially during pregnancy. Since I am already slightly overweight from my last pregnancy with weight I never did lose completely-I need to be extra careful to eat healthy during this pregnancy.</description>
