I am so thrilled to hear that you are jogging that many miles! 

And you know, that&#039;s the best way to do it....start off 2-3  times a week then add on another day until you establish a good routine.  Many people fail because they start off strong and then get discouraged. Starting small and making goals that will keep you progressing works much better!

		<description>That is definitely important -exercising.  I try to go to the gym at 5:30 AM, but I don&#039;t make it every morning.  On the days I don&#039;t make I will do the ten minute exercise plan.  I haven&#039;t lost any weight, but I have definitely lost inches.</description>
