Let’s face it… for those of use who like eggs, they can make a great tasty and SATISFYING meal…and they’re NOT just for breakfast! Free yourself from limiting them to only mornings. 🙂 Since they’re a great source of protein, consider making them whenever you’re needing a quick dinner… and particularly if you don’t have meat thawed…you can still create a quick, healthy meal. This week I’m trying to encourage myself with this thought… In “every mess” give thanks! 😉 Last Thursday, I was tidying up in my kitchen and cleaning my sink area as well, when all of a sudden a supporting metal pipe (our pipes are pvc, except for one lonely pipe from a wall which connects and supports the kitchen sink pipe under the sink area) burst open and water began to flow out and make it’s way into many unwanted parts, including the basement area as well.
