I found it a little difficult to get back to sleep. This was another opportunity to PRAY. Do you have moments when you feel frustrated and can’t sleep? Start praying….it’s better than counting sheep to calm your nerves, and eventually you’ll fall back into a nice little slumber…and then hopefully back into a nice peaceful sleep.
