In today’s society we have millions of people walking around showing off their “individuality”… multicolored hair, rings in their nose and eyebrows, and clothes that are so unusual (um…more like really STRANGE)…we’re not even sure where they found such items to wear (is there really a store that sells that stuff?). Yet, Christians are often scoffed at for being so “peculiar”. Sadly, many Christians would rather “mix” into the worldly crowd….rather than be different. Are you between a rock and a hard place? Here's how to improve your attitude
This week I’m trying to encourage myself with this thought… In “every mess” give thanks! 😉 Last Thursday, I was tidying up in my kitchen and cleaning my sink area as well, when all of a sudden a supporting metal pipe (our pipes are pvc, except for one lonely pipe from a wall which connects and supports the kitchen sink pipe under the sink area) burst open and water began to flow out and make it’s way into many unwanted parts, including the basement area as well. I had a big goal in 2014 that I didn’t get finished. The goal was to get my house organized from top to bottom. First, I didn’t realize what a challenge that would be trying to get all of it done in a specific time frame since we had collected WAY too much stuff over our 21 years of marriage.
