Simple Spinach Dip 1 10 oz pkg frozen spinach (thaw, squeeze out excess liquid and chop) 1 cup low fat sour cream 1 cup mayo (I use Kraft mayo with olive oil) 1 can water chestnuts – diced 3 green onions, finely chopped 1 pkg.
