CHECKLIST for Creating a Printable for Your Blog or Ministry:
Step 1: Gather the content you want for your printable. (You can insert pictures, too!)
Step 2: Open Powerpoint. (This option is less fussy for aligning sections for your printable.)
Step 3: Click “Design” >> To the right, click “slide size” >> Select: “Custom Slide Size” >> Select: “Letter Paper 8.5X
Step 4: Save and export your work as a “JPEG” picture.
Step 5: Insert your JPEG picture into your Word document. (Center it and size it to your full page.)
Step 6: Save your Word document as as “PDF” when you export this document.
Step 7: Upload your PDF to a file host such as Dropbox, Google Drive or MediaFire, etc.
Step 8: Share the download link to your PDF on your blog. *Or print it out to use for your ministry.
