    The Profitability of Quietness

Do you ever savor the quiet moments in the early mornings or late at night after all have gone to sleep? We can often accomplish more in our quiet moments than we can during our busy, talkative times. Here’s SEVEN Bible verses to write in your JOURNAL about the profitable quiet times… *Credit References: I used Biblehub.com for commentary research and word definition quotes. 1. “The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.” Exodus 14:14 kjv There are some situations, battles and arguments that you CANNOT win on your own… These are times that you must completely step and side and let the Lord totally take…

What Are You Depending On to Get Through Life’s Journey?

What are you depending upon to get you through life’s journey? Is it your job or income? Is it your personality or particular character? Is it your knowledge or IQ?Is it your ability to multi-task? Is it your talent in a certain area? Is it a strong family member you lean on? We all tend to rely on various things as we tread through life. Our human nature wants to cling to the various strengths and strong points to plunge through the troublesome bumps in the road. And here’s something else You and I can do… We Can be the Best INVESTORS! We can be the best investors in our TIME… We can be the best investors in our HUSBANDS… We can be the best investors in our CHILDREN… We…

How to Have a Peace of Mind

As you are well-aware, there is much turmoil and violence in the world. You cannot travel around the world, in search of peace, and find it. Without overwhelming you as a “bearer of more bad news,” I will only give you THREE quick statistics (particularly in the U.S. where I live), demonstrating that our world is highly deficient in peace, as we so desperately need. “In the U.S., youth homicide rates are MORE than 10 TIMES that of other leading industrialized nations.” (*statistics presented by peacealliance.org) “It’s estimated that 16.2 million adults in the United States, or 6.7 percent of American adults, have had at least one MAJOR depressive episode…
