The last garlic press I owned was worthless. After months and months of peeling garlic and mincing it manually, I finally purchased another garlic press. I felt that this would be a good, intentional purchase because I cook with garlic a LOT. At least two recipes that I make, I use a WHOLE head of garlic. I love adding garlic to my salads and soups, especially when I’m feeling a little under the weather because garlic is great for fighting off those unwanted germs in your body which make you sick. I invested some spare time reading through tons of feedback from customers on various garlic presses. I wanted something…

When It’s Time to Go Home
Guest Post by Lynne Norton, Missionary Wife, Ixmiquilpan, Hidalgo Mexico Having been raised in a Christian home gave me a good start in life, for sure. Church going, wholesome living, singing & laughing were all a part of my upbringing for which I am sincerely grateful. Our life wasn’t a bed of roses, but it was a good one. Ministry Helps 1: Vacation Bible School Ideas – Free Printable
I wanted to start another new category on HCH called “Ministry Helps”. I hope and pray it will be a blessing to you. I will not be posting these very often; basically when there are 5 Wednesdays in a month, I will plan to use one of those Wednesdays with a new Ministry Help. I will also try to have some type of free printable for you to use as well. This month I asked our youth pastor if I could share with my readers the ideas from our recent vacation Bible school (over 20 saved, praise God!), and so with his permission I’m sharing some photos below in the…
